If a course is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of starting the course and we refund the full purchase price. No forms, no questions, no restocking fee.
How to ask
Write to the email address on the Contact page.
Include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the course.
Do not need to explain why.
We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal balance you paid with; your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually a few days.
What we cannot refund
Courses you have not started at all, more than 14 days after purchase. (EU law gives you 14 days from purchase to change your mind on digital content; after 14 days we switch to the 14-days-from-starting guarantee above.)
Courses you have already had refunded once.
Accidental repeat purchases where the same course was bought twice within a short time; we will correct that one on request.
Charges we cannot control
If your bank or PayPal charges a currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee on the refund, we cannot reverse that. We always refund in the same currency you paid in.
Technical problems
If you paid and cannot watch the lessons, that is our fault, not yours: write to us and we will fix it or refund you, no time limit.
